About Linda Bratcher
I have been an early educator since 1973, beginning as an in-home family educator, then as a Childcare Center owner-operator with four locations.
My last program closed in 2005. As a retiree, I have chosen to continue my commitment to children by serving as an Early Education Training Facilitator. I am still able to make a difference in the lives of children by providing early educators with the tools they need to provide quality care using research-based information they learn in my training workshops.
I diligently plan my workshops to provide information that teachers of young children need so they can be the best teachers possible. I have presented for both State and National Conferences, as well as individuals and center staff. I tailor my presentations to meet the needs and interests of my audiences. Please see below for some of the common feedback I receive from class participants!
I share my background with you to let you know not only who I am and why I do what I do, but also as a reminder that you have the most important job in the world. Every day that you care for and about children, you touch the future. You make a difference, a very important difference, in children’s lives today and society’s well-being for years to come. Please remember this when your day is unusually long and your stress level is high. You’ve got this!
